Welcome to GPulse Lab. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gpulselab.com, our platform, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform or submitting any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
GPulse Lab is a hiring platform that connects employers with job seekers. We provide tools for posting jobs, discovering talent, submitting applications, and communicating through the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using GPulse Lab, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
GPulse Lab is a technology platform that facilitates connections between employers and job seekers. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or party to any employment agreement between users. Hiring decisions, contracts, wages, working conditions, and compliance with employment laws are solely the responsibility of employers and candidates.
When you register, apply, post a job, or contact us through the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date and for all activity associated with your submissions.
You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your qualifications or hiring needs, or provide false or misleading information.
If you use GPulse Lab as an employer, you agree to:
GPulse Lab may offer promotional pricing, including a free first job post. Fees, features, and pricing may change; we will provide notice where required.
If you use GPulse Lab as a job seeker, you agree to:

You agree not to:
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including removing content or restricting access.
You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, job posts, messages, applications). By submitting content, you grant GPulse Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, but we are not obligated to monitor all user activity.
The GPulse Lab name, logo, website design, software, and all related materials are owned by or licensed to GPulse Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPulse Lab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that you will find a job, fill a position, or achieve any particular outcome. We do not verify every user, job post, or application, though we may take reasonable steps to maintain platform quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPulse Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to GPulse Lab in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPulse Lab from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Platform, other users, or our business. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
